Doherty amplifier linearization by digital injection methods

Verification of two linearization methods, applied on asymmetrical two-way microstrip Doherty amplifier in experiment and symmetrical simulation, is performed this paper. The laboratory set-ups are formed to generate the baseband nonlinear signals second-order. After being tuned magnitude phase digital domain modulate second harmonics fundamental carrier. In first method, adequately processed then inserted at input output main transistor, whereas they injected outputs auxiliary transistors. experimental results obtained for 64QAM digitally modulated signals. As a proof concept, methods also verified designed work 5G band below 6 GHz, utilizing 20 MHz LTE signal.
